Baby name with birth stats (approx 4.8” round).

• Select acrylic color for baby first name.

• Last name will be engraved.

How the name is submitted in the text box will be how it is displayed on the birth stat. Keep this in mind when submitting upper and lowercase letters as well as spaces. Last name will automatically be in all CAPS (like picture) unless you request otherwise.
