Select the sticker color, design page number, and design style number per selected quantity.
If the image has a QR code, Ultimate Design Studio will create the QR code for you with the information you provide.
How the info is submitted in the text box (name, number, website, etc) will be how it is displayed on the item. Keep this in mind when submitting upper and lowercase letters as well as spaces.
If you would like Ultimate Design Studio to create a new design (at no charge), please email a picture/your idea to ultimatedesignstudiollc@hotmail.com and be sure to add it to the notes to seller.
If you have a question about a specific sticker shade/color request not listed, please leave it in the notes to seller. Requests are based on availability and not guaranteed.
NOTE: thermal stickers are printed in black on colored stickers.
