This listing is for customers who are wanting Ultimate Design Studio to make small changes to current designs.

What This Listings Entails

This listing includes but is not limited to:

• A completely NEW design

• Changes in text

• Changes in color

• Changes in design placement

• Adding personalized info (name, number, website, QR code)

NOTE: this listing is per design – one new design OR small changes to a design.

THIS LISTING MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADDITION TO A PHYSICAL ITEM IN THE SHOP.

This purchase DOES NOT include any physical product. This listing is solely for paying for my time when collaborating with you to make a new design or adjustments to an existing design within Ultimate Design Studio shop.

Turn-around time:

Turnaround time for a customization of a previously listed item will vary based on the item being purchased in addition to this listing.

My Process:

• Before purchasing this listing PLEASE contact me FIRST to make sure I can accommodate what you are requesting.

• When communicating with me, please do so through e-mail. I do my best to respond in a timely fashion and typically can respond within a few hours, if not that same day.

• Make sure to add ultimatedesignstudiollc@hotmail.com to your "safe" email list to avoid missing the proof being sent

• Once we have spoken and your order has been placed a preview of your design will be sent to you for approval in about 48 hours, unless you are told otherwise.

• You must respond within 24 hours of receiving the design whether you approve or if there is something you want changed.

• If no response is received within 24 hours, this will cause delays in the final processing date of your completed order.

• There is a limit of two changes after the first proof is sent. Any change requests after that are subject to an additional charge. However, the time it takes to design will change the shipping date of your physical item.
