Design Fee

Description

A non-refundable design fee will apply to any images created or submitted for printing that are not high-quality or print-ready files. This means your image may require editing, redesigning, or recreation to make it suitable for high-quality printing (if possible — not guaranteed). Design fees are based on the time required to edit or redesign your image. The complexity of the design may result in additional charges.  

With this being said, if you are able to find your image on another platform at a lower cost, you are welcome to purchase the image and email the file to me along with the quantity and size you would like printed. If there are any concerns regarding the quality or printability of the image you provide, I will let you know prior to printing.

However, Ultimate Design Studio is not responsible for the print quality of customer-provided images. By choosing to proceed with a customer-supplied image, you acknowledge and accept the risk that the final print quality may vary based on the file provided.

PROCESS:

• Before purchasing this listing PLEASE contact me FIRST to make sure I can accommodate what you are requesting.

• When communicating with me, please do so through e-mail. I do my best to respond in a timely fashion and typically can respond within a few hours, if not that same day.

• Make sure to add ultimatedesignstudiollc@gmail.com to your "safe" email list to avoid missing the proof being sent

• Once we have spoken and your order has been placed a preview of your design will be sent to you for approval in about 48 hours, unless you are told otherwise.

• You must respond within 24 hours of receiving the design whether you approve or if there is something you want changed. • If no response is received within 24 hours, this will cause delays in the final processing date of your completed order.
